These perfectly-sized little pillows can assist you in many different ways.. I love to use them to assist me in my dream-work as well as helping soothe and ground me during meditation. I simply tuck them into my pillow or lay them near me during meditation. The fragrance is gentle yet strong enough to invoke the plants magical properties. I also like to add a crystal or a prayer tucked into the pocket to add an extra layer or personalization to any of the spiritual work I am doing.
These pillows contain an intuitively blended mix of Organic Mugwort, Chamomile and Lavender.
Mugwort is a fragrant ancient and sacred herb used during divination and dream work. Chamomile helps cleanse and keep negative energies from passing through. Aromatic Lavender sharpens the mind and encourages and attracts love energy into your space . Both Chamomile and Lavender help to create a soothing and calm sacred space to aid in any spiritual rituals.
