Release Bath Tea is made of 100% Organic materials to help relax and release any stress or tension in your body. This luxurious tea is an intuitive blend that you can put directly into the warm water or put inside of the cotton muslin bag and steep it together in the water, whichever you prefer to help create the perfect spa experience! If you do choose to put it directly in the water, I recommend a strainer for the drain. Release your worries away!

Epsom is comprised of the minerals magnesium and sulfate, Epsom salt is a natural exfoliant and anti-inflammation remedy that can be used to treat dry skin, sore muscles, small wounds and even to fight illness.
Oatmeal to soothe dry or irritated skin. Oatmeal can provide soothing relief from sunburn, poison ivy, and other irritations, and can heal skin and open pores
Lavender is a very well-rounded anti-inflammatory plant that is so beneficial. It helps soothe and calm irritated skin, the aroma helps calm our nerves and reduce stress, and promotes a restful sleep.
Chamomile is an anti-inflammatory plant that acts like a mild-sedative and aides in reducing stress and anxiety. It promotes restful sleep, soothes skin, and helps calm painful muscles or cramps.
Calendula to reduce pain and swelling and is an anti-inflammatory. It heals and rejuvenates skin.
Rose petals have therapeutic benefits that relax the body, reduce stress and promote glowing skin. Rose petals contain natural oils and sugars that will lock moisture into dry skin cells.
