Smudge Trio
Perfect size for travelling or if your not sure and just want to try them out! All three are used for "smudging" or burned as incense during rituals or ceremonial events. You can use them for personal use or for cleansing your home and sacred spaces.
Trio can change dues to seasonal items.
Trio currently contains:
1 Palo Santo
1 Braid of Sweetgrass- varies from 4-6 inches long
1 White Sage- 4 in. long
Comes with a prayer and guide for smudging.
Mugwort: Helps to clear energy and evoke our psychic abilities, also very useful in meditation and dream work.
Yerba Santa: Great for protection, purification, healing, spiritual strength, courage and setting boundaries.
Palo Santo: Its name literally means holy wood, and it is just that. When it is burned, the smoke is believed to have both medicinal and therapeutic healing power. Traditionally, it is burned by Incas, indigenous people of the Andes, Shamans and medicine people for spiritual purifying, energy cleansing and healing.
Sweetgrass: literally means "fragrant holy grass," and the plant has been regarded as sacred everywhere it has been grown and harvested. It has a sweet vanilla-like fragrance and when burned, the plant smolders, producing clouds of fragrant smoke.
California White Sage: It's prevalent in California and in the Mountains West. For hundreds of years, white sage has been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant.
**when burning these plants please use a fire-proof bowl to catch the smoldering ashes. Never leave them unattended.
