There have been a lot of energetic shifts and physical changes over the past 8 months. No matter what has taken place it’s important to acknowledge the road that we’ve been on. The ups and the downs. The growing pains and the lessons learned.
But shining through all the struggles is the light that continues to guide us each day. Today reminds us to take a moment to remember how far you’ve come and to be grateful for what we have.
I am grateful for my family; for the giggles, the hugs and all the love we have for each other. I am grateful for our health and and for the ability to heal. I am also grateful for the light, for it never gives up on us and continues to shine brightly through it all. What are you grateful for?
Here are a couple tips for creating your own gratitude altar:
* Making a gratitude altar is a great way to help you be in this moment. Creating an altar centers and focuses your energy, displaying it for the universe to see.
* You can add candles, stones and crystals, herbs, plants, pictures and whatever else feels right for you and place them on your altar.
*Write a list of what or who you are grateful for and add it to your space.
* You can meditate or pray in that space and while you do, think about your list and what it means to you.
